Upon ordering from Moo Collection Calligraphy, clients agree with the following terms and conditions:

Products on Moo Collection Calligraphy

After your order is placed on the website, the products will be shipped within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated as a pop up on the website.

Cancellation for the order is not possible after the payment has been approved and processed.

Once the items have been shipped, Moo Collection Calligraphy is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

Unopened orders in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once the returned product is received by us, the charges will be credited to your original payment method where shipping costs are excluded. The original shipping cost is not refundable. Please bear in mind that buyers are also responsible for the return postage costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, Moo Collection Calligraphy has the right to cancel the refund and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note this only applies to Moo Collection Calligraphy products and not to personalised products. For shipment in Europe, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your product to arrive. Otherwise, please allow 3 to 5 weeks for international shipments without tracking outside Europe.

Moo Collection Calligraphy retains the right to publish and display any personalised products in its portfolios, websites, social media and any other media or exhibits.

Personalised Products by Moo Collection Calligraphy

Personalised products on Moo Collection Calligraphy are defined as products which include specific design requested by the clients. Personalised products include wedding invitations, calligraphy place cards and engravings. 100% of the products fee is due upon placing an order on the website. For certain custom orders, the client agrees to accept Moo Collection Calligraphy’s good faith of estimation for the cost and the delivery time frame. Within 2-5 working days after payment is received, the client will receive an email from Moo Collection Calligraphy and a content form for the personalised product. Clients will then send this form back to Moo Collection Calligraphy and the design process will begin. If the client chooses to cancel their order before the design process, 80% of the fee will be refunded. Once the design process is completed, a design proof will be sent to the client for approval. If the client chooses to cancel their order at this stage, only 50% of the fee will be refunded. When the design of the personalised products is approved, Moo Collection Calligraphy will proceed to the production stage. At this stage, clients cannot cancel their order because products are being printed or engraved.

Moo Collection Calligraphy does not accept returns for personalised products. If you are not satisfied with your personalised product, you can raise a claim with Moo Collection Calligraphy and we will look into the problem. Upon coming to an agreement with our clients, we may issue a refund and the charges will be credited to your original payment method where shipping costs are excluded. For products that are made from handmade paper, Moo Collection Calligraphy cannot guarantee the exact texture, size and colour of the paper for different batches.
